Since October 2014 I hold the position as Team Leader NVH in the foundation brakes development at ZF TRW. My team and I mainly enable our calipers to achieve customer acceptance by development and testing of noise countermeasures. I also take care of several research projects. In addition, I feel strongly committed to the development of new strategies for future challenges and the encourage and recruitment of young talents.
